Research On Development Model And Path Of Temperate Islands

With the advent of the world leisure era,the traditional island tourism has changed from sightseeing to leisure.For a long time,most of the mature island tourism destinations in the world are tropical islands.Although temperate islands tourism has unique advantages,its development as a tourist destination is still in the exploratory stage.Dalian Changshan Islands,as a newly emerging temperate island tourism resort in northern China,has high quality marine resources and great potential for future tourism development.Based on a thorough investigation of the Changshan Islands,combined with literature research and case study,and based on the theoretical basis and related concepts,this paper puts forward two major challenges facing the tourism of temperate islands.Then take Dalian Changshan Islands tourism resort as an example,make a thorough analysis of its tourism resources and market,find out the causes of the problems,and try to start with the study of the development mode and path of Changshan Islands tourism resort,boldly put forward the planning plan,which provides corresponding development practice for solving the two major problems of temperate Islands tourism.Based on the study of the development trend and law of World Island tourism,this paper analyses the characteristics of temperate islands tourism,and takes Dalian Changshan Islands tourism resort as an example,draws the following conclusions: Firstly,the development mode of temperate islands tourism should adhere to the compound development mode combining "3S" mode with "characteristic" mode.Secondly,the complex mode of tourism development in temperate islands should be based on the combination of "resource elements" and "market elements".Thirdly,the development path of temperate archipelago tourism should be based on the combination of time and space elements,and try to solve the two major problems in the development.
