Study on tourism climate abroad began from 1930s,which has formed a relatively systematical body of theory and mainly focused on influence of climate on tourism destination coupled with tourists'behavior and influence of tourist activity on climate. With emergence of problems caused by global climate change,study on influence of climate change on tourism captures extensive attention. However, relevant study at home is still on an early stage, and emphasizes on application, guiding resources exploitation and development of tourism destination.In the year 2010, Changshan summer tourism resort was approved as a provincial tourism one by government of Liaoning provincial Party committee and province, and classified as a key region of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt. Peculiar climate is both an important resource and the comparative advantage to some islands as tourism destinations at home and abroad. So study on Changshan Islands assumes tremendous significance in further development.Tourism climate is chosed as the breakthrough point of study and a body of theories in tourism climate resource, climate suitability assessment, climate planning and influence of global climate change on tourism are straightened out and summarized starting from seasonal phenomenon of tourism and under the background of era for holiday leisure and tourism. Based on concept of tourism climate resource and assessment system, the fuzzy evaluation model is established with a qualitatively and quantitatively comprehensive evaluation of climate resource of Changshan Islands. Results indicate that it has the higher value and is suitable for tourism activities of kinds. Guided by climate suitability assessment, somatoform comfort degree is evaluated from quantitative perspective and a conclusion is drawn that the best period for tourism is from April to October every year. Finally counter-measures are put forward with development of tourism climate resource for Changshan Islands, and tourism development during slack season of from November to March next year is discussed, for which marketing strategies are then proposed. |
