Project schedule management can effectively improve work efficiency,optimize system goals,shorten project leadtime,and reduce project costs.The project schedule management theory has been widely used in many industries,but in the agricultural machinery industry,project management,especially project schedule management,is still in urgent need of improvement.Due to schedule control is not strict enough,many companies have missed the best opportunity to introduce new products into market.Establishing a scientific project schedule management model during agricultural industry in low period is a necessary task for agricultural industry company.CNH Company faced the following problems in the project schedule management process: the uncertain factors in the project schedule preparation are not comprehensive,the resource conflicts in the project implementation process,and the insufficient strength of some tasks in the project schedule control process.This research is aimed at CNH,a multinational agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise,which has conducted in-depth research on the project schedule management and practical problems of the company.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the project management organization of CNH and the actual situation of localization project schedule management,the paper analyzes and studies schedule management mode and demand of CNH localization project.It demonstrates the necessity of strengthening the schedule management of agricultural machinery projects from both macro and micro aspects,and emphasizes the importance of CNH’s localization project schedule management in the company’s business strategy of integrating global resources.The same is to illustrate the urgency of CNH’s localization project schedule management needs,that is to say: the establishment of a scientific and reasonable project schedule management model and a high-executive project schedule management team is the important precondition in CNH localization and market share increase.(2)Base on the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of CNH’s localization project schedule management,starting from each stage of thelocalization project progress,summarizing and compiling the base principle and specific compilation method of CNH’s localization project schedule management.(3)This paper describe the control method and control strategy of the implementation phase of CNH’s localization project schedule management.By analyzing the progress principle and basis of CNH localization project,Obtain the project schedule management measures and effective monitoring process.Combine three actual project schedule control methods,the project progress of CNH company is monitored in real time,different control methods are adopted for the project schedule at different stages of the project schedule.Suggestions for improvement of CNH’s localization project,summing up the practice,and drawing the conclusion of this paper..Through the research of this subject,the problems faced by the project progress preparation phase,implementation phase and control phase in the process of CNH localization project progress management are effectively solved.This subject research is applicable to the demand for improving localization project management in multinational enterprises,and provides reference and experience for the innovation management of multinational agricultural machinery enterprises’ localization projects.
