At present,China has entered a new era of socialism,and agricultural development is facing new opportunities and challenges.Agricultural development is still the main theme of national development,and food security issues have not been relaxed at all.The conversion rate of China's agricultural science and technology achievements is still a certain distance from developed countries in Europe and America.Only by finding the optimal food technology diffusion path can we effectively increase the food technology conversion rate and agricultural productivity.Henan Province is a national granary and a major province of grain production in the country.As a new type of business entity,family farms play a crucial role in Henan's grain production.Studying the willingness to adopt food technology in family farms in Henan Province and finding the optimal diffusion path for food technology in family farms not only has an effect on increasing grain production,increasing farmers' income,and increasing agricultural efficiency in Henan Province,but also has an important strategy for stabilizing national food security.significance.The paper first summarizes and summarizes the theories and literature related to the diffusion of food technology,and summarizes the food technology diffusion and the development of family farms in Henan Province.The four cities and counties in Henan,Hua County,Hui County,Ji Yuan City,and Xun County are selected.The 50 family farms with an operating scale of 500 mu or more(all of which are exemplary family farms at or above the county level)are the main subjects of empirical research.The willingness to adopt high-quality wheat planting techniques is used as a research case.Field surveys are conducted to try to find a family farm.The factors affecting the willingness to adopt food technology are analyzed,so as to analyze the optimal path for the adoption of food technology for family farms in Henan Province.Through the collection of data from field surveys in the above areas,a model for the adoption of food technology will be established for family farms in Henan Province.The impacts of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,family farm characteristics,technical characteristics,and external environmental factors on family farmer adoption will be analyzed.Using the method of partial least squares path analysis,Smart PLS 3.0 software was used to collate and analyze the survey data collected,and the path coefficients of the influencing factors for the adoption of food technology for family farms were obtained,so as to find the optimal food technology diffusion path.The empirical analysis results show that in the analysis of the willingness to adopt the food technology of family farms in Henan Province,external factors have the greatest impact on the adoption of food technology in family farms,followed by family farm characteristics,perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,and Technical characteristics.Finally,combining with the classic case analysis and empirical analysis of the adoption of food technology in family farms in actual research,this paper proposes rationalization proposals for the problems in the adoption of food technology for family farms in Henan Province from the perspectives of government,market and family farms.
