By analyzing the financial management status and the case occurred in the process of financial management of Yitian Technology Company, this paper taps the causes of these problems. Based on internal control management and comprehensive budget management theory, this paper proposed standardized management measures for the financial management of Yitian from the following aspects:the clear division of work and duties, the establishment of sound financial management system according to law, the implementation of the standard process, through the budget management to control financial risks, attach importance to the follow-up education of financial personnel, etc. The research not only can solve the financial management regulations problems for small electronic commerce enterprise also can give reference for lottery sales agencies in financial management.
