The System Research Of The Application Improvement Of TPM In SSGI

TPM is a durative improvement process which is based on equipment management and maintenance. TPM encourages all staff to join the independent maintenance action to build up a pre-protected system gradually. It will take an important part in reducing the cost, increasing the productivity,improving the management and enhancing the competition ability ofenterprise.Based on the research and analysis of the basic TPM theory, this article chooses ShenZhen Southseas Grains Industries Ltd.. as the object of research. Firstly doing some analysis of the implemental plan and the implemental conditions of TPM of ShenZhen Southseas Grains Industries Ltd., then doing further research and analysis of the achievement and the difficult of TPM action of enterprise from several sides like field management,rationalization proposals,schedule maintenance,independent maintenance and spare part management.According to the real conditions of enterprise,giving some suggestions which can help to make the TPM job more effective from the angles of organization management, basic management, personal management and the forming of information system and so on.
