Study On Spplier Performance Evaluation Of System And Equipment Supplier In Civil Aircraft Development Phase

It could be easy to find out that there are two main traits of Boeing's supplier performance evaluation system through research and analysis.One is that it has the same evaluation standard for all suppliers including system and equipment supplier,structure supplier and component supplier,the other one is that the evaluation period will range from the beginning development to the end of the product.It's an obvious difference of the development of our civil aircraft.First is our civil aircraft is only in the development phase and will be in this phase for a long time.The evaluation index is different for development phase and production phase.Second is that each work package or work unit has 2 suppliers as least in Boeing's work distribution.But we only have one supplier for each system or equipment.These traits and difference decide our supplier performance evaluation design should coincide with our traits.Based on the traits and difference of our civil aircraft development,the research work of this thesis is aim to solve how to evaluate the system and equipment supplier's performance efficiently in development phase.The main work is as below:1.Choose the appropriate evaluation index and calculate the weight by AHP method.2.Import adjustment index and establish inspiration mechanism3.According to the management structure and work distribution,design the supplier performance evaluation procedure4.Use the type of civil aircraft in development to test the supplier performance evaluation system and related inspiration mechanism.Above all,through targeted the research aim in development phase and in system and equipment supplier,the supplier performance evaluation work has been improved a lot.The combination between the system and the management structure will assist the application of the research result.
