Training is not only an important channel to explore the development of staff quality,but also an important source to establish the core competitiveness of enterprises and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.M is a company headquartered in fujian automation technology company,mainly engaged in robot system integration.In the process of the rise of the industry and the rapid transformation and development of the enterprise,the company's human resource management problems have gradually emerged.For example,the slow growth of employees,the lack of systematic planning and strategic guidance in the traditional training system,and the lack of attention and foresight in the future talent reserve.Thus,the sustainable development of M Company has been negatively affected.In order to avoid the bottleneck of enterprise development,the construction and optimization of employee training system become more and more urgent.In this paper,based on the development background of industrial robot industry system integration,M company is selected as the research object.First of all,through the analysis of the related theories of human resource management and employee training,we actively draw lessons from the beneficial practices of the construction and optimization of employee training system in domestic and foreign enterprises.On the basis of the organization structure,human resource condition and structure analysis of M Company,the present situation,problems and causes of the existing training system of M Company are analyzed by combining the methods of on-site interview,questionnaire survey,case study and so on.According to the strategic development goal of M Company,the following series of strategies are put forward from the operation layer,the resource layer and the system layer to optimize the training system.The operation layer is focused on the analysis of training needs,the development of training plans and budgets,the organization and implementation of training,evaluation and feedback training effects;the resource layer focuses on the expansion of the curriculum system,the lecturer system,the training database and the staff training files;the system level focuses on the optimization of the training program management system and the training system(e.g.,budget,assessment and reward and punishment,etc.).In this paper,through the overall optimization of the training system of M Company,the training management model of the enterprise employees in the field of the industry is proposed,which will provide support for the achievement of the enterpriseundefineds strategic development goals and the individual growth goals of the employees.
