Along with the pace of global economy development, thecompetitions between enterprises have become more and more fiercenowadays. The competition between enterprises, in the final analysis, isthe competition of human talents. Therefore, how to take effectivemeasures to develop human resource, how to enhance the quality of thelabor force, and how to improve the performance of the employees, havebecome the crux for enterprises to gain competition power. Today, trainingis becoming increasingly important for enterprises in the process of humanresource development. Moreover, the training results will produce a directeffort on the strategic objective achievements of the enterprise. Therefore,bringing out an effective human resource training system, based on thereal situation of the enterprises, to help them retain their edges on humantalents in the complexity market competition, and gain more competitiveadvantages, has become a significant subject of human resourcemanagement.In this paper, the author mainly emphases on a deep and systematicstudy of Y Company training's current situation and problems. Moreover,with the support of enterprise training basic theories and a flexible use ofthem, the author is able to design a new effective and suitable trainingsystem for the company, according to its current situation and itsdevelopment strategy. Taking training organization, procedure andcurriculum system as the departure point, the new training system isdesigned, and the good results the new training system has achieved willprovide references and materials for domestic enterprises training system.This paper includes five parts: the first part is the Introduction part,which includes enterprise training's background, significance and researchmethods; in the second part, the author gives a summery of enterprisetraining, and introduces the history, definition, function and developmenttrend of it, and the current situation both home and aboard as well; in thethird part, the author provides an analysis on the current situation andproblems Y company faced; in the fourth part, the author emphasizes on the redesign of Y company's training system, based on three trainingaspects, which are organization management, procedure and curriculum;the fifth part is the evaluation part, in which the author puts forward anevaluation on the new training system; the final part is the Conclusion.
