Facing the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become one of the most important factors for enterprises to create profits.People are the most important core resource of an enterprise,and also the key factor to create organizational value,continue organizational function and generate organizational momentum.Talents have become the key to the enterprise's victory.The effective use and development of human resources also plays a decisive role in enterprise operation performance and sustainable operation.In the current environment,the competition between pharmaceutical enterprises is the key to the competition of talents.Therefore,in the development of enterprises,the development of human resources,the improvement of employees' technical level and overall quality are very important.In the human resources development,training is an indispensable important link,because the enterprise strategic target realization depends largely on the enterprise employee training effect,so according to enterprise's specific conditions,to accord with the actual situation of enterprises set up scientific and efficient training system,helping enterprises to enhance competitiveness in the numerous and complicated and changeable environment.Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD is a joint-stock private enterprise with health product marketing as its main business.The company was registered in 1999 and established in 2002.Less than five years later,Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Company has developed into a well-known local pharmaceutical business.The company total sales for 2017 is three point five hundred million yuan,is one of the hundred large pharmaceutical chain enterprises by analyzing the current situation of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Company training job,found the company staff training facing the following problems and challenges: at present due to the deterioration of the global economic environment,the appreciation of the renminbi,as well as high staff turnover cause adverse factors,such as insufficient human resources training work hard to promote effectively.Many measures have been taken by the company to change the status,but with little effect,because the original training mode of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Company has seriously hindered its development.The second,the training content is single;The third,insufficient training mechanism;The fourth,the training process is not standardized.Based on the comprehensive discussion of the current training situation of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,this paper proposes improvement measures for the existing problems of the original training mode,and designs the training system of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,so as to establish a more forward-looking training process and more suitable for the current situation.The process needs to be designed the training system from various aspects such as the design of the training organization scheme,the construction of the teaching staff,the improvement of the existing training process scheme and the improvement of the multi-level course content scheme,etc.At the same time,it also needs to be followed up the implementation and guarantee measures.The research in this paper is helpful to establish training mode suitable for Chinese native characteristics.Helping Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Company training system establishment and further improvement.It is hoped that the study of this can provide reference for the improvement on training of the same type enterprises.
