Enterprise culture is not only a powerful spiritual driving force of enterprise reform and development,but also an effective way to innovate the spirit of enterprise and ideological work.In the development of modern enterprise,culture soft power plays an important role in promoting the hard power of enterprise.Through the case study of enterprise culture to the insurer Xiamen branch,optimize the existing enterprise culture,promote enterprise's core competitiveness,in order to realize the leapfrog development of enterprise in the new era,to complete the standard market operation line,build a new business card "danger" in Xiamen,the all-round transformation of company development.This article first analyzed the current situation of the corporate culture in Xiamen Talent Insurance Company,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies in a targeted manner.While preserve group has its own distinctive corporate culture,but as an off the coast of Xiamen municipal branch,in the insurance industry competitive era,how to form a practical and feasible development goals,develop their own enterprise value of the characteristic,the shape has the cultural pattern of this enterprise,how has the characteristics of both the industry and the unique enterprise culture,make the business get the leapfrog development.The third aspect is aimed at these problems.Under the guidance of enterprise culture related theories,this paper,based on the existing enterprise culture,integrates and refines a new and leapfrog enterprise culture scheme which is applicable to the improvement of enterprise business performance and innovative development under the background of the new era.Finally,in order to make the enterprise culture optimization program be implemented smoothly,Enterprise put forward specific implementation plans and safeguard measures,providing support for the development of the company.
