Analysis On The Change Of Land Use And Driving Force In The District Of J,Nanchong

Land resources are the basis of production and life,but with the development of social economy and urbanization,people want to use and exploit land resource.Although land resource maintain a total dynamic balance,the contradiction between supply and demand of various land use is increasing prominent.Therefore,the mode of land use has become the topic in academic study.The methods of land use sustainably are analyzing the change of land use and driving force and adjusting land use mode and structure.This paper selecting the district of J as the research object and using statistical data of annual land use change and the second National Land Survey from 2009 to 2017,analyzes the situation of land use change,by making use of Arcgis and mathematical model analyze from four aspects of number,speed,level and structure,analyzes the influencing factors and main driving force,by using DEM vector diagram and SPSS from two aspects of natural environment and social economy,summarizes the problems of land use and put forward corresponding suggestions.As for land use change of quantity and speed in the district of J from 2009 to2017,cropland,garden land,forestry and other land respectively decreased by 439.73 hectares,189.07 hectares,439.81 hectares and 1227.36 hectares,the decreased rate of garden land and other land are 1.2% and 1.05%.Town village,industrial and mining land and transportation increased by 1987.83 hectares and 337.13 hectares,with the increase rate of 2.41% and 1.98%.Most of the reduced area of the above land was transferred to town villages,industrial and mining land and transportation land,and the change hotspots were concentrated in the eastern and southern regions.The rate of reduction slows down,but it is unreasonable.The comprehensive index of land use degree in district J fluctuates and rises to 263.9244 in the past 9 years.There is more room for development of the land use degree,and the land use degree of towns in the east is higher than that in the west.The information entropy of land use structure decreased,the dominance degree increased,the land use structure was unstable and the land type was single.Basing on studying the change of land use,using three natural environment influencing factors and four social economy driving forces:level,slope,aspect,economy,population,agriculture technology and policy respectively analyze the change land use driving force.Overlaying analysis of natural environment influencing factors can know that the hotspots are concentrated on 260 to 320 meter,gentle and middle slope from 2 to8 degree,sunny slope from 135 to 225 degree,semi-sunny slope from 90 to 135 degreeand from 225 to 270 degree.25 indicators were selected for the correlation analysis of social and economic factors.The driving force of land use change was analyzed by excluding 17 indicators with high correlation.It was found that the first principal component influencing land use change was population and economic driving factor,and the second principal component was agricultural technology.The factor composite score increased by 2.55 in 9 years,indicating that social and economic development has an increasingly strong impact on land use change.The district of J has some main problems that construction land is increasing quickly,agricultural land is reducing,land use structure is unreasonable,efficiency of land use is low,land resource is unbalanced allocation,different town and village have a great gap and ecological environment becomes bad.We should guide construction land expansion,plan to protect forestry,increase land type diversity and scientifically divide region and so on.
