Study On The Changes Of Land Use And Driving Force On The District Of Wen Jiang

The district of Wenjiang located in the main section of Chengdu, the utilization of land is very high currently, the territory has been almost no reserve land resources, the types of land use can only change through internal restructuring and targets circulation. The analysis of Wenjiang’Land use about stage changes and driving force, predicting to the trend change of land area in future five years, for the land use management strengthen.The preparation of land use planning has practical reference value.The study use a descriptive analysis research from the angle of quantity, degree and structure for the district of Wenjiang in recent 11 years land utilization condition. We used the DPS software in gray GM (1,1) prediction model and obtained the trend in the area of land use change from 2015 to 2020.Combined with the region’s socio-economic development data from 2003 to 2013,we used the main ingredient research by SPSS software, drawing the main factors which drives the land use change in the area.The main conclusions as follow:(1) The study of land use on Wenjiang at present found that the main land use types is urban land for construction and mining villages,the composition of homogeneous relatively. The land utilization is very high, reserve land resources is poverty. The significant regional have obvious differences in land use.(2) The analysis of the single studies on land use dynamic degree on Wenjiang district showed found that an increase of construction land or agricultural land and unused land to reduce the coexistence. The research on Composite Index level of land use on Wenjiang District from 1996 to 2013 showed that the level of land use in the area is relatively high, there are more significant differences between the level of its internal use of the streets and the town. Using grey GM (1,1) model to predict land use evolution condition in the next five years on Wenjiang district shows that the Agricultural land and unused land to reduce and increase of construction land, which reduces the number of the largest arable land, while the numbers increase in urban and industrial land in the village, according to the current development trend.(3) After selecting the different types of 21 social and economic variables and land use correlation analysis study, using principal component analysis for land use evolution of the social and economic driving force found that representatives of the economy and demographic changes, such as the first principal component factors and representatives of industrial restructuring. The second main component of land use change on Wenjiang district have a major role in driving thrust. By the influence of land use change, the first principal component of the basic has upward trend, while the influence of the second principal component showed a "U" type feature changes.(4) The land use structure increase tend is adjustment to stabilize. To meet the needs of social and economic development of land for construction purposes. The land use must be out of the connotation development, expansion and long distance displacement together for "cutting expenditure" way, strengthen management at the same time.
