Urban Land Use Evolution Driving Force Factor Analysis

Based on RS and GIS technology support,first of all,to Qingdao in 1986,in 2000 and 2006 the third phase of remote sensing image as the foundation,and reference Google map of the third phase of remote sensing image classification processing,extract the same period of the land use data;Secondly,using mathematical model formula in Qingdao city,the 1986 to 2006 20 years of land use quantity change,land use speed change,land use degree change are analyzed in detail;Again,use Qingdao social and economic statistical data,the application of principal component analysis to analyze the image of Qingdao city land use change main social economic driving force factors,calculated the Qingdao 20 years social economic driving force index,the application of multivariate regression analysis method to establish the Qingdao waters,forest land,construction land and cultivated land social economic driving force model.Finally,in the support of Markov model,and forecast the Qingdao future 24 years of land use change trend.
