The Effects Of Entrepreneurial Activities On Regional Innovation Efficiency

In recent years,the government work reports have repeatedly stressed the importance of "innovation",the release of the "13th Five-Year Plan" is to emphasize the basis of development on innovation,innovation is to promote development engine of China.However,at the present stage,the development of regional innovation efficiency among provinces in China is not balanced,and the number of entrepreneurship increases significantly,but the entrepreneurship structure is unreasonable,which has become a major problem restricting the improvement of regional innovation efficiency in China.China should take innovation as the breakthrough point for development,build an entrepreneurship driving mechanism,encourage the development of entrepreneurial activities,and increase the importance of entrepreneurship structure,so as to provide a strong driving force for the rapid improvement of regional innovation efficiency.In the process of promoting the improvement of regional innovation efficiency,optimizing the entrepreneurial structure and promoting the reasonable development of opportunistic entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship,enhancing the vitality of technological innovation and industrial upgrading and promote China's economic development and regional innovation efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze regional innovation efficiency from the perspective of entrepreneurial activities.This paper takes 30 provinces across the country as the research object,combines theoretical and empirical analysis,and starts from the perspective of entrepreneurial activities to analyze the regional innovation efficiency of provinces across the country.On the basis of combing relevant literature,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial activities and regional innovation efficiency,and measures and describes the entrepreneurial structure and regional innovation efficiency of various provinces in China.(1)In order to explore the entrepreneurial activities in various provinces,this paper will start from the subdivision of opportunistic entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship,introduce the concept of entrepreneurial structure,and divide the 30 provinces into two regions according to the relative value of entrepreneurial structure.(2)This paper will use DEA method to measure the regional innovation efficiency and obtain the regional innovation efficiency of each province in China.(3)Then,in order to discuss the impact of entrepreneurial activities on regional innovation efficiency,this paper will build a Tobit econometric model to analyze the relationship between the impact of opportunistic entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship on regional innovation efficiency.Through the research,it is found that the entrepreneurial structure and regional innovation efficiency of China generally present an optimization and rising trend,but the development among provinces is unbalanced,and the eastern and western regions are more obvious.Specifically,the overall entrepreneurial structure in the east is superior to the west,and the overall development of regional innovation efficiency is relatively average.In this paper,the Tobit model is further adopted for empirical analysis of the impact of entrepreneurial activities on regional innovation.It is found that the impact of opportunistic entrepreneurship on regional innovation efficiency is different from that of survival entrepreneurship.The impact of opportunistic entrepreneurship on regional innovation efficiency is significantly positive and greater than that of survival entrepreneurship.On the whole,survival entrepreneurship has a positive impact on regional innovation efficiency,a positive impact on eastern and western regions,and a negative impact on central regions.In different regions of entrepreneurial structure,the positive influence of opportunistic entrepreneurship is still significant,while that of survival entrepreneurship is not.Finally,according to the regression results of the model,relevant policy suggestions are put forward to promote the improvement of regional innovation efficiency.
