With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the competition among banks is more intense.Over the past 10 years,the personal loan business of banks has made great progress,especially the new personal loan business of credit card installment,which has resulted in internal management norms,business processes and assessment methods have not kept up with the development of business.The installment business of the bank card center of BY Bank,which is studied in this paper,was started in 2009 and transformed from the original consumer credit.In the past ten years,the business has developed rapidly.In the early stage,it has been solving the problems of development by increasing the number of people and fine optimization of the process.Among them,the problem of increasing workload is mainly solved by increasing the number of people,and there is no systematic analysis.Problem solving.At present,the business has maintained a good momentum of development,the workload continues to increase,but personnel can not continue to increase,the contradiction is prominent,only through the process management optimization,reduce unnecessary work,improve work efficiency,to achieve the development requirements.Firstly,this paper elaborates the Six Sigma management theory and compares the Six Sigma management theory with the process reengineering theory,combines the practical experience of domestic and foreign banks in applying the Six Sigma management,and then,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the personal credit card instalment business process of BY Bank,through 35 interviews with the relevant staff of the credit card instalment business process,makes diagnosis.The problems of business process link and process management,such as process redundancy and unreasonable division of labor,are broken out.The causes of these problems are analyzed.Finally,based on the DMAIC method,the business process of BY bank card center is optimized.In view of the optimized process,the quality control system is established,and the process consciousness of long-term and continuous optimization is established.Based on the existing process diagnosis and the practical experience of domestic and foreign banks,this paper uses six sigma DMAIC method to optimize the credit card instalment business process,achieves the goal of standardization and specialization of the process,improves customer satisfaction and employee enthusiasm,and increases the workload of the business.On the basis of the original staff,the business processed has increased by about twice.Improve the core competitiveness of BY Bank in domestic commercial banks.It not only has a certain value for BY Bank to improve its own business process and optimize the business process of personal loan lines,but also has a reference significance for other banks to optimize the process of credit card installment business. |
