The new era refers to a new period in which the main contradiction of society has become a contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the development of unbalanced development.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress made a major judgment that China entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The requirements of the new era determine that China's economic development must shift from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The new era has the characteristics of huge scale of the real economy,excess deposit savings,substantial increase in the relative cost of production factors,and individualized and diversified people's needs.We will promote the rural revitalization strategy,deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,improve the quality of agricultural product supply,and build a modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system that meet the requirements of the new era.Realizing the in-depth integration and development of the first,second and third industries in rural areas is conducive to promoting the transformation of China's agriculture from production to quality.The 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,China's edible oil industry has developed rapidly,but the prices of raw materials such as peanuts required by the industry have fluctuated greatly.The trend of scale and branding of the company has become increasingly obvious,and the industry has entered a stage of fierce competition.The development of China's edible oil industry is grim,and whether the development strategy is appropriate is a very serious problem faced by Chinese edible oil companies.At the same time,new brands in the peanut oil market at home and abroad are also emerging.In the Shandong market,which mainly consumes peanut oil,there are thousands of peanut oil production and processing enterprises,among which small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises are mostly,and the market competition pressure is increasing.Based on the theoretical research on strategic management of enterprises,this paper combines the current situation of edible vegetable oil industry and the actual situation of grain and oil processing enterprises to propose and formulate a development strategy suitable for the company itself.Firstly,it introduces thedevelopment of the company and analyzes the internal environment of the X grain and oil company,that is,the resources and capabilities of the company,including the company's organizational structure and other various resources of the company,internal strengths and weaknesses and internal key factors.Secondly,using PEST analysis,Porter's five-force analysis method and key factor matrix,the company's external environment,such as the company's macro environment,industry environment and other external environment,is analyzed.On this basis,the SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of X Grain and Oil Company's internal environment and the opportunities and threats of the external environment.By identifying the key points and difficulties of the company's development strategy,and formulating relevant development strategy plans and solutions,this provides a decision-making basis for the company to formulate the company's development strategy.Finally,the safeguard measures for implementing the strategy of X Grain and Oil Company were given in a targeted manner to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy.Through the use of strategic management theory,this paper hopes to help X grain and oil companies seize this historic development opportunity of rural revitalization,find a new development path for enterprise transformation and upgrading,and make grain and oil companies and even agricultural enterprises through research on the development strategy of peanut oil processing enterprises.It can obtain higher quality development and provide useful exploration and reference for the healthy development of other grain and oil processing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises.
