Study On Business Process Optimizing Of Longhu Real-estate Enterprises Based On BPR

As the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the development of the Socialist Market Economy,the fact that the real estate industry is one of the economic pillars has gradually strengthened.At present,China's real estate companies is facing up with many questions,enterprises should carry out in terms of mechanism of management and continuous innovation.The real estate companies shall further enhance the company's strain,anti-risk and innovation quality,to better deal with all kinds of challenges.Business Process Reengineering,also known as enterprise process optimization,aims to break the traditional mechanism of perfect division of labor and strict bureaucracy,establish a complete business process and department system through a brief way,and actively take process optimization as the key operation and management.As an important management tool,BPR is attracting more and more attentions from enterprises,especially the real estate enterprises under the condition of market competition.Entered the new developing era,the real estate enterprises of the country is facing more complex internal and external competition,their business process is a complex diverse.They should actively adopt modern business process optimization theory,a better integrate the two aspects of technology and management,to ensure that the real estate companies can achieve significant optimization in cost,quality,service and speed,and other field.The article,based on the BPR of Longhu real estate as an example,introduces the Longhu real estate business model and operating system,the situation of existing process system,analyses the characteristics of Longhu real estate existing business processes.The paper is mainly studied on current business processes of Longhu real estate in operating efficiency,system architecture,the monitoring system and other aspects.Through targeted research,it is found that the root cause of existing business process problems of Longhu real estate lies in the disadvantages of traditional functional organizations,backward construction of enterprise confidence flower,and lack of good corporate culture supports.In order to solve the problems in Longhu real estate,the paper puts forward targeted BPR scheme and measures.The key process optimization scheme is restatement of existing process,optimizing and flattening of organizational structure.The measures are organizational structure reform,information construction and reconstruction of corporate culture.
