Research On The Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Behavior Based On The Theory Of Planned Behavior

Innovation and entrepreneurship have always been important means to ease employment pressure,promote economic development and stimulate technological innovation.Therefore,how to stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the public and encourage more people to join the entrepreneurial team has become an urgent problem for all countries in the world.At the same time,we also find that more and more women are actively participating in entrepreneurial activities.However,at present,most of the researches on entrepreneurial behaviors of entrepreneurs in academic fields are based on foreign research results,and there is a lack of entrepreneurial behaviors of local entrepreneurs in China.Therefore,in order to enrich the research of relevant theories,and at the same time to understand more comprehensively what kind of factors motivate entrepreneurs to generate entrepreneurial behaviors,this study starts from the perspective of male and female entrepreneurs to construct the influencing factor model of the entrepreneurial behavior of entrepreneurs in the Chinese context.This study takes Chinese entrepreneurs as the research object and sort out the key influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior in entrepreneurial entrepreneurship based on the theory of planned behavior.In this study,through in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs,using the grounded theory coding method to analyze the interview data.In the end,151 concepts,15 categories,6 main categories are drew from male entrepreneurs interview data;166 concepts,22 categories,10 main categories are drew from female entrepreneurs interview data.According to these categories,based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper establishes the influencing factors model of entrepreneurial behavior of male entrepreneurs and the influencing factors model of entrepreneurial behavior of female entrepreneurs,and on this basis,extracts the integration model and finally constructs Entrepreneurial behavior influencing factors model.The results show that entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norms,and perceptual behavior control influence entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial behavior by influencing entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial intention.Emotional reactions causedby special events,female concepts,expectations,and resource accumulation are the antecedents of entrepreneurial attitudes;reference groups and supporting factors are the antecedents of subjective norms;resource accumulation,reference groups,supporting factors,and conflict factors are the antecedents of perceptual behavioral control.Policy factors play a moderator role in the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial preparation plays a part in mediating entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior.On this basis,this study also compares the commonality and heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial behavior factors affecting male and female entrepreneurs,and finds the gender differences in the factors influencing entrepreneurial behavior,and proposes relevant suggestions based on the research results.This study has theoretical and practical significance on some level.
