Knowledge is the key resource and new impetus for the growth of economy in the age of knowledge economics. The deploy emphasis of economy resource which traditionally depended on finance, ground and labor force before has been translated into knowledge. The basic approach to deploy knowledge resource effectively is to promote knowledge sharing and translation. Different with information, knowledge belongs to individuals commonly, is difficult to display and share like information. By in-depth investigation of knowledge management literature, especially on knowledge sharing aspects, we consider that knowledge sharing effect mainly depends on interaction behavior of knowledge workers. If knowledge interaction mechanism can be understood sufficiently, knowledge sharing strategy at organizational level can be translated into knowledge interaction behavior at individual level. The sharing of tacit knowledge which is concealed in mind, and the translation process of all knowledge can be accelerated by promoting interaction behavior of knowledge workers. Therefore, fortune and value will be created for the organization. This paper aims to find out the influence factor and mechanism of knowledge interaction at individual level, and expedite the occurrence of interaction behavior. In this paper, we introduce the research background, purpose and significance firstly. Secondary, we discuss the birth and development of the knowledge management. Relevant research of knowledge interaction is presented. Meanwhile, the relevant concept, development and some special applications of the Theory of planned behavior are discussed.According to the discussion of related literature, and combined with interaction behavior, we make a modification of Theory of planned behavior. And the research model of exogenous variables contributing to knowledge interaction behavior is built. Then, we identify several exogenous variables, such as expected results, altruism, affect-based trust, task interdependence, subject efficiency and the resource fit. Then we determine the research model, and deduce the eighteen tentative. Considering the particularity of the research behavior main body, the questionnaire is designed. Every question is quantized based on the Linker's five degree criterion.By way of Cronbach'sαcoefficient and Factor Analysis, we verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data via statistic software SPSS(13.0). And we adopt the Path analysis method to verify the tentative. The conclusion is available based on the data analysis of the questionnaire. After the verification, we find that expected loss and altruism of exogenous variables will affect knowledge workers'attitude to interaction behavior. Affect-based trust will impact on subjective behavior criterion. Subject efficiency and the resource fit will influence the cognition behavior control of knowledge interaction. Organization can promote knowledge workers'interaction behavior through control of these variables, expedite the speed of knowledge renewal, and improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation.
