In recent years,our nation`s bridge construction has undergone a rapid development,as well as great changes in the management modes of bridge construction.The construction managers gradually realize the importance of risk management in the bridge construction projects,so the bridge construction projects are transforming from a passive management mode lacks plans to a more positive mode.The managers of the bridge construction projects want to apply some professional project risk management skills to the actual situations to improve the overall risk management levels.This article is aimed to have a research on the construction project,especially on project risk management and assessment of the Bridge M in Harbin,hoping to promote the improvement and development of enterprise project risk management through the research.The details of the study include:This paper firstly studies and defines risk,risk management and project risk management by applying literature research methods.Secondly,by applying the method of field investigation,expert investigation,qualitative and quantitative methods,and summary method of project management practice,this paper studies,analyzes,and summarizes the risk management of bridge construction project,risk management of bridge construction project and risk management identification of bridge construction project.For the identified five sources of risk and 15 risk points,the main contents of each r isk point are analyzed in detail.Risk assessment is carried out on the risk points obtained.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into empirical analysis.The fuzzy evaluation results are obtained by combining the weight matrix and fuzzy matrix.Combined with the status quo of project management,this paper proposes to establish five aspects of project risk points in view of the existing problems of management,sets up project risk preplan,and develops countermeasures for specific risk factors.In order to ensure the effective implementation of project risk response,corresponding safeguard measures are established.The risk factors in each stage of M bridge project are different.According to the specific situation,the corresponding strategies are designed and the risk management methods applicable to this project are summarized.The research results are conducive to improving the project management ability of enterprises to deal with risks and control risks,and provide a strong guarantee f or the realization of the overall goal of project management.
