Research On Small Statellite Innovation Project Management Based On Process Control

With the continuous development of space aerospace technology,small satellites have been rapidly developed due to low manufacturing,launching costs,fast technology upgrades,and large-scale manufacturing and deployment.Due to the lack of scientific management methods,there are extensive management of small satellite technology innovation projects and the problem of unclear division of responsibilities.Project management process control management has been widely used in construction,financial commerce,software development and other fields with its scientific management methods.Firstly,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the small satellite technology innovation project management process,and carefully researches the research literature and project documents related to the small satellite technology innovation project,and studies the current status of the management process from project start-up,project plan,project execution,project acceptance and so on as well as the problems with the management process.Secondly,it analyzes and studies the modern management theory process control related theory and small satellite innovation project management characteristics,establishing a CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)-based small satellite technology innovation project management model,and decomposes the process management methods in different process areas in the CMMI model,such as the work structure,and dynamic continuous Management and other methods are applied to small satellite project management.Then the paper combine with the specific implementation process characteristics of the small satellite project to establish a small satellite development system management process,and respectively analyze the small satellite innovation project integration management,execution management,review management,risk management,cost management,configuration management,external management,test management and other management Process and identify appropriate management principles.Finally,this paper carries out the application research of the process control management of small satellite innovation project in the demonstration,design,test and configuration of small satellite high-fidelity simulation system,andgives the project management process and key node management implementation.The application practice of small satellite high-fidelity simulation system development is a good test of the effectiveness of process control management in small satellite innovation project management.
