With the gradually opening of the insurance market,the new subject of insurance market is increasing.While the competition between Chinese and foreign insurance companies increasing,the competition for human resources in the insurance industry is becoming more and more intense.The core competition of life insurance company is ultimately reflected in the competition of human resources,and the competition of human resource is the competition of the performance management ability of the company.Performance appraisal system is an important part of the performance management,which determines the enterprise can achieve its strategic objectives.It also play an important role in the market competitionin,which decide the enterprise to gain advantage position.To analyze and design the performance appraisal system which is suitable to the enterprise's actual performance is of great significance to improve the performance of the enterprise.According to the change of market and industry conditions,combined with the actual timely adjustment and optimization of enterprise performance appraisal system,can play a proper role in guiding the performance management,to enable enterprises to better enhance the performance,occupy the dominant position in the market competition.Based on the combination of H and the development of the life insurance industry,the market for 15 years,Ping An Life Insurance H branch performance appraisal system research and puts forward the optimization requirement and solution,which is to ensure a safe life of H company to enhance the level of performance,and effectively achieve the strategic goal of H continued to maintain the highest share of the life insurance market.In this paper,the present situation of H Ping An Life Insurance Company management problems,the basic theory of modern performance management and evaluation,multi-dimensional,systematic performance appraisal for H company to conduct a comprehensive analysis,pointed out the problems,and puts forward the performance appraisal system set must strengthen enhance personal and enterprise performance fit comprehensive consideration,the internal and external factors,and serve the company's long-term development strategy,in order to continue to enhance the performanceof enterprises.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of H branch and development needs,the existing performance appraisal system design and operation of the existing problems,put forward the feasibility of the performance appraisal system to optimize the design.This paper presents the optimization of the performance appraisal system will play a better role in the H branch,the existing problems of the improvement can play a positive role,to promote the H branch in H Province,the life insurance industry in the stable,healthy and rapid development.Also hope that this paper can provide some ideas and methods for the performance evaluation of other insurance enterprises at the provincial level.
