With the rapid development of market economy,performance management in enterprise management plays a more and more important role,through the implementation of scientific and effective performance management can not only improve the management level of enterprise itself,but also laid a solid foundation to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise as a whole.However,although a lot of enterprise performance management system has been applied,but from the actual use effect is still difficult to meet the demand of enterprise management.Therefore,how to combine their own characteristics to establish high efficient and practical performance management system,it has become one of the challenges faced by the current enterprises.This paper from Shenyang to the present conditions of Toyota motor sales company performance appraisal,based on the study of the performance evaluation related theory,first using the field investigation,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis method to the company's current performance appraisal is analyzed,on the basis of information research,collection and sorting of company's current performance appraisal system are pointed out deficiencies,and to solve these problems,in the clear company performance appraisal program design goals and principles,on the basis of the study and draw lessons from the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators KPI and 360 feedback and so on the many kinds of performance appraisal method,adopt the method of integrated use of optimization design was carried out on the company's performance appraisal system.Second in the specific design,the range of performance indicators to staff positions and working ability,attitude and performance as the basis,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the employees of different levels of the indicators weight,employees are obtained the actual performance appraisal result,use the feedback mechanism of the established,will be introduced to the performance of performance appraisal system,according to the problem feedback to adjust performance index and index weight.Finally,in order to guarantee the performance appraisal system of the design under the precondition of fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees are able to be implemented and execution,from the result of performance appraisal preparation,training,evaluation and application result four aspects to develop a performance appraisal plan implementation safeguard measures.In this paper,the research work aims to Shenyang Toyota motor sales company staff performance appraisal system of optimization and improvement,will be the implementation of the performance evaluation system with the company's overall strategic target in sync,help the company to further strengthen the management of the staff,improve their comprehensive strength.At the same time,also for the domestic car sales industry provide some references for the application of performance appraisal system.
