Research Of Quality Management System About Water Meter Industry In Shandong Province

Quality control system of water meter industry is the system about ascertaining quality policy and quality goal and implementing the goal, is the necessary quality activity which established in enterprise to ensure the quality of goods or quality goal. As soon as ISO quality management system published, it as the target enterprises pursuing about has been spread around the world. However, some years later it was found inapplicability to water meter industry. Although some water meter enterprises got authentication of ISO quality system authentication, they cannot catch the aim of advancing enterprises'quality management. The reason is that they cannot apply the system very well because water meter enterprises only have simple organization frame and limited resources. Based on the phenomenon and the characteristic which is absence of market oriented in the course of water meter enterprises quality management, this article studied the construction of water meter enterprises about quality control system in Shandong Province, and analyzed the questions of water meter enterprises about quality control system, and puted forward suggestions how to improve quality control system. The purpose of the study is exploring how to improve the quality management of water meter enterprises.The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter, as the introduction, mainly refers to the background information, purpose, contents, methods and significance of the thesis, especially the creative highlights. The Second chapter, the literature review, includes the current situation of Quality control system of Water meter industry, the theory of Quality control system, and the attachment based on the system. Chapter Three, analyses the current situation of quality management of Water meter industry in Shandong Province. in terms of questionnaire and practical interviews. The forth Chapter, based on the collected data, take the advantage of the factor analysis method of Water Meter industry in Shandong Province. The last Chapter puts forward the solving proposals according to the reflection of the research.The innovations of this article lies that the analysis of the quality management of Water meter industry in Shandong Province in accordance of the present problems. Meanwhile, this thesis pays much attention to the factor analysis method of Water Meter industry in Shandong Province. Finally, this thesis provides some suggestions in the aspect of its own characteristics and establish the appropriate quality management of Water meter industry in Shandong Province. Hopefully, this article could give some reference to the Water Meter industry.
