Following with developing of the internet technical,Big Data technical is an innovativeness technology in IT industry.Commercial Bank is the area that can most embody big data's advantage.In future,banking competition will force on collecting and analyzing the data from customers.For bank,they have traditional structure data,semi-structure data,external internet data and data from cooperative company.How to develop the Customer Relationship Management System(CRM)based on big data? It'll be worthy to subject study.This article is study on how to use big data in customer relationship management(CRM),kinds of research method have been used,including literature induction,data analysis method,graphology method,theoretical analysis and case analysis method.Firstly,recognize the big data and CRM,and knew the big data and CRM,through deeply study on the relationship between on big data and CRM.It can be found that the big data can improve the bank using CRM.It's a good topic which is worth to study.Secondly,though investigate the M bank(Nantong),know the bank's development conditions,try to find out the problems in current,and analyse the problems.Thirdly,fully report that use the means of the mining data method and so on in big data,focus on catching potential group of customers as starting point,build a reasonable marketing channel configuration,including the persons,training,products,and design the marketing strategy for different customer.Finally,through a definite case of marketing strategy in consumptive loan in M bank(Nantong),implement the marketing strategy basing on big data,showing the process of market and results,point out the meaning that big data is important in marketing strategy.Through the study in this article,on the one hand,it points out theoretical analysis big data in CRM,and it'll be helpful to banking business.On the other hand,explore how to use big data,make a customer value management strategy to improve the competitive in banking business.
