In September 2015,the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Development of the Big Data"(hereinafter referred to as "the Outline"),which is responsible for the systematic deployment of the Big Data development work.In the next five to ten years,we will create a new model of social governance with precise governance and multi-party cooperation,establish a new mechanism for stable and safe operation of the economy,build a people-oriented and new service system benefits for the whole people,open a new innovative partten of popular entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivate high-end intelligence,new prosperity and prosperity of the industrial development of new ecology.The Big Data era has been open,it brings changes not only for data statistics,but also for enterprises to provide a convenient tool to carry out data mining and precision marketing.It has great significance to improve marketing quality and enhance customer satisfaction.Therefore,based on Big data technology-related applications are also popular among enterprises,and gradually become one of the important development strategy.The optimization problem of HK customer relationship management system has been mainly studied in this paper which is divided into five chapters.The first chapter summarizes the research significance and research methods of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the related theories of customer relationship management and the Big Data,and analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management in domestic and foreign enterprises.The third chapter analyzes the problems in the construction process of customer relationship management system of HK Company with HK Company as an example.The fourth chapter puts forward the relevant Big Data construction strategy for the problem of the customer relationship management system of HK company.The fifth chapter mainly looks forward to the future development direction of HK company's future customer relationship management system,then puts forward the limitations of this paper and next study direction.The basic situation and related data of the company's customer relationship management system have been investigated and collected in this paper.HK company's customer relationship management system status and construction process problems have been deeply studied.Some suggestions and specific strategies for the construction of customer relationship management system based on Big Data direction have been put forward.These may provide some reference value for the development of HK company and other enterprises.
