Research On Design Of Children-themed Leisure Agriculture Garden

With the continuous development of cities,buildings have become more and more densed,less and less space is left for children's activities,so that children are far away from the pleasant natural environment and have to be surrounded by crowded streets and hard paved public squares.Children can not grow healthy without the high quality outdoor environment.As a result,the high quality outdoor space has been becoming significantly important.In recent years,the sightseeing agricultural park is developing gradually,its advantages of great geographic position,features of countryside environment,the culture of agricultural cultivation and the beautiful nature sight of agriculture have accommodated children with various activity space.In this paper,the actual participation and needs of children–themed agriculture gardens were investigated through questionnaires,and the actual design and children's participation were understood through field investigation of typical children's theme sightseeing agricultural parks.On this basis,through literature research,questionnaire survey and analysis of field survey data,planning and design theories and methods of children sightseeing agricultural park were summarized,the design strategy and project specific activities were put forward,which were used in the design project.The purpose of this paper was to provide theoretical basis for planning and design of children-themed sightseeing agricultural park and to provide certain reference for the promotion of the vitality of sightseeing agricultural park.The main results are as follows:Children from three schools of Helping District in Shenyang City were investigated,the result showed a clear tendency to participate in the activities in the sightseeing agricultural park,and many families also had a clear purpose to participate.The most frequent participants were children aged 3-6,followed by children aged 7-12.For the purpose of participation,most families chosed the tourism project of agricultural park to relax their mood,promote their children's physical and mental health development,and enhance the emotional communication between parents and children.In the project,animal feeding was popular in the agricultural experience project among children aged 3-15.Crop extension activities and role-playing activities in the quality development project got high praise;The animal and plant specimen exhibition of education science project received the highest praise,and the popularity of science exhibition and featured agricultural products exhibition gradually increased with children's ages.The field research on the children's sightseeing park of the Magic Forest of Tian Mama observed the actual park design situation and reflected the specific situation of children's actual participation in the sightseeing agricultural park,as well as the current situation and deficiency of the children's sightseeing agricultural park.At the same time,it was found that children had a natural love for shoveling soil and piling stone.In the interview with the staff,we learned that children preferred role playing and manual production in the activity projects,and they were more interested in planting seeds and planting seedlings by themselves in education activities.In design practice,the design of children-themed sightseeing agricultural park in Black Cattle Village,Yaoqian Street,Sujiatun District,adopted "farmland and nature" as the theme,the park mainly was divided into five functional areas including the viewing area of agriculture,expanding training area,entertainment area,recreational experience and education practice,which fully met children's actual demands for agricultural sightseeing.Through the research on the design of children-themed sightseeing agricultural park,the design method of universal value and design details were put forward.Meanwhile some suggestions were proposed,such as the diversity of activities,children's sensory stimulation,amusement facilities,material selection,education and practice function of play,leisure,rest and space design,the effects of topography and climate,the collocation of plant species,the activities of safety considerations,and so on.
