Research On Poverty Alleviation Path Of Ruraltourism In Tibetan Areas Of Sichuan

At present,China is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the poverty alleviation work has been raised to an unprecedented height.Whether the poverty problem can be effectively solved and whether the people of the whole country can enter a well-off society in the same period in 2020,it is necessary to think from the essence of poverty alleviation itself and explore the poverty alleviation methods suitable for the special industries in poor areas,which is the path of sustainable.Sichuan Tibetan area is a Old Revolutionary Areas,Ethnic Minority Autonomous Areas,Land Border Areas and Underdeveloped Areas.The lagging economic development,outdated herdsmen’s ideas and fragile ecological environment are not only the important causes of poverty in Tibetan area,but also the main obstacles to poverty alleviation.The development of tourism poverty alleviation can not only embody the Party’s and the state’s major concept of precise poverty alleviation,but also fully consider the actual situation of Sichuan Tibetan area.Taking Odamenba village in Kangding city as an example,this paper explores the path choice of poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan area.Firstly,by sorting out the existing research results,this paper defines the related concepts of rural tourism and tourism poverty alleviation,and defines the research scope.By sorting out and analyzing the existing tourism economic theory and stakeholder theory,we can form a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical basis of rural tourism poverty alleviation,and find the theoretical basis to support the follow-up study of this paper.Secondly,it uses literature analysis and field survey to analyze the poverty situation,basic overview,tourism resources and tourism poverty alleviation situation of Odamenba village.With SWOT analysis,it systematically and objectively explains the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of developing tourism poverty alleviation in Odamenba village.It also uses case study method to explore the main methods and effects of tourism poverty alleviation in Odamenba village.The successful experience of implementing poverty alleviation through tourism in Odamenba village is concluded.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan area,and taking full account of the development basis and conditions of Sichuan Tibetan area and the development trend of tourism industry,this paper puts forward four paths to promote poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan area,namely,poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan area by tourist attractions,poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan area by global tourism,and ethnic culture.Industry drives the poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan region,and the "company + farmer" model drives the poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan region,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to implement the poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Sichuan Tibetan region.
