This study is mainly focused on performance management of “A” real estate company.First,the concept of performance management and tools of performance management are elaborated.Guarantee measures of performance management plan are discussed through the evaluation and preparation condition of the implement of the performance management plan.On the structure,the full text mainly can be divided into the following chapters: puts forward the focus of the article needs to solve the problem.The second chapter concentrates on the performance of related theory,including overall narrative of performance management related theory,is the main concept of performance management,performance management of the main tools do the introduction of the series.The third chapter is the status analysis and analysis of the performance management of TC project.In this chapter,the general situation of TC project is introduced,and the performance management of the project is sorted out.Then analyze and refine the problems encountered by A real estate company in implementing performance management;Finally,the related factors are analyzed and studied.The fourth chapter is about the redesign of the performance management of TC project,aiming at continuously improving the performance management level of A real estate company,which is the core chapter of the thesis.The fifth chapter is about the implementation of the performance management improvement scheme of TC project.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1)Performance management is an important way to provide internal long-term management strategy,ensure the unity of enterprise strategy and the realization of enterprise development goals.2)The purpose of performance management is to achieve the effective unity of enterprise development goals,and the method is to combine employees' performance with their incentive system.3)Performance appraisal is the core component of performance management,performance appraisal indicators need to be done from top to bottom,and at the same time with the enterprise development strategy and enterprise development process consistent.
