The development of science and technology is changing with each passing day,the market environment is changing rapidly,the competition in the industry is intensifying,and the speed of upgrading products and services is accelerated by the rapid development of science and technology.Enterprises are facing greater pressures for survival and development,and their desire for new knowledge and technology is increasing.In this environment,companies perceive external environmental changes and adapt to new knowledge and technologies in a timely manner and absorb internalization on this basis to create heterogeneous products and services,maintain competitive advantage for enterprises,and maintain and enhance dynamic capabilities.It is vital.Achieving this result is inseparable from the participation of knowledge transfer and organizational learning.Based on the analysis of knowledge transfer theory,organizational learning theory and dynamic competence theory,this paper uses empirical research methods to explain the basic problem of how knowledge transfer affects enterprise dynamic ability through organizational learning.Firstly,the dissertation divides knowledge transfer into three dimensions: knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration and knowledge creation.It divides dynamic ability into three dimensions: perceptual adaptability,dynamic learning ability and innovative change ability,and constructs “ knowledge transfer —organizational learning— Theoretical framework model of dynamic capabilities.Then,select the relatively mature measurement scales in relevant fields,organize them into questionnaires,and distribute the three forms of direct distribution,mail distribution and platform distribution.After eliminating the invalid questionnaires,231 valid questionnaires are finally obtained.SPSS21.0 software analyzes the data.The empirical results show that knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration have positive effects on perceptual adaptability,dynamic learning ability and innovation and change ability.Knowledge creation has no significant influence on perceptual adaptability,but Dynamic learning ability and innovation change ability have positive influence;organizational learning is the key driving factor of enterprise dynamic capability,and it plays a mediating effect between knowledge transfer and enterprise dynamic capability.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it proposes countermeasures and rationalization suggestions for enterprises to improve their dynamic capabilities,and points out the lack of research and prospects for future research.
