Product is the carrier of competency bundle and the heterogeneity of product implies that there are differences between the capabilities required by different products.Therefore,organizational learning ability has an important influence on product innovation and upgrade.Whether it is to adapt to the requirements of knowledge management in the knowledge-based economy era,or to upgrade the technical standards of the leading enterprises in the global production network,upgrading with product upgrades has become an important model for the transformation and upgrading of foundry enterprises.From an internal point of view,enterprise product development and upgrading of organizational learning ability is an extension of the product,and the continuous upgrading of the product needs corresponding organizational learning ability and strong knowledge of the existence of embedment;from the aspect of external environment,in order to seize the opportunity of knowledge spillover effect of industry chain and evolution of product space,enterprises need to build their own organizational learning ability to grasp the "added value" of higher products and gain the advantage of international competitiveness.Therefore,based on the background of foundry business in our country,the research on the influence of organizational learning ability of product upgrading from the perspective of knowledge embeddedness not only has certain theoretical value,but also promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in China's OEM enterprises with product upgrading,and then realizes the industrial upgrading and the manufacturing in China Strategy having important practical guide value.Based on the study of organizational learning theory,global value chain theory,product space theory and embeddedness theory,this paper studies the motivation of product upgrading in foundry enterprises,analyzes the main ways and influencing factors of product upgrading,and analyzes the components of organizational learning ability and screening optimization.The purposes of this study is to reveal the path and mechanism of organizational learning ability and promote the product upgrading of foundry enterprises;to deeply study the four elements of organizational learning ability,the two forms of knowledge embedding,the relationship between knowledge embedding degree and product upgrading.The impact of learning ability on product level upgrading and product technology upgrading of foundry enterprises is important,as well as the mediating effect of knowledge embedding between organizational learning ability and enterprise product upgrading.This study uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to analyze how organizational learning capabilities based on knowledge embeddedness exert influence on enterprise product upgrades using multiple methods.The study used clustering analysis and factor analysis to classify the structure of organizational learning ability,and extracted four main factors that constitute organizational learning ability,that is,the ability to discover,absorb,disseminate knowledge,share knowledge and create knowledge ability to constitute the four organizational learning ability elements,and further optimize the organizational learning ability evaluation index system and product upgrade evaluation system.The application of multiple regression analysis and multi-level gray evaluation method based on knowledge embedded organizational learning ability and product upgrades Model is useful.Empirical test,direct effect test,mediating effect test and stability test were conducted by using structural equation model,regression analysis,causal step analysis and Sobel test to verify the theoretical hypothesis proposed by the research.The innovation of the research is mainly reflected in the following points:(1)On the basis of the research of organizational learning ability about the upgrading of enterprises or industries,and the paper further explores the mechanism of the organizational learning ability of different dimensions on enterprise product upgrading.The empirical finded that the integration capability was the most significant.(2)Constructing the organizational structure of "four in one" organizational learning ability,develop the organizational learning ability measurement scale for enterprise product upgrades,and test the stability and reliability of the scale empirically.(3)Constructing a theoretical model based on the relationship between organizational learning ability and enterprise product upgrade based on knowledge embedding,and proposing and empirically testing knowledge embedded in employee embedded,embedded,task embedded,embedded in organizational culture,embedded human relations and network environment Intermediary effects occur between organizational learning and product upgrades.(4)The organizational network structure was proposed and tested for the mediated regulation,deeply analyzing the relationship between the network density of positive adjustment of the knowledge embeddedness and the product upgrading of the labor enterprise,and the relationship between the negative controlling group learning ability and the product technology upgrading of foundry enterprise;The relationship between the knowledge embeddedness of the network position and the upgrading of the product technology of the OEM enterprise,and the relationship between the negatively regulating knowledge embeddedness and the upgrading of the product level of the OEM enterprise(5)In the practice of product upgrading of OEMs,OEMs should construct a reasonable network governance structure with transnational corporations from the perspective of product space or product technology distance,and establish symmetrical game and strategic cooperation strategies with transnational corporations according to the position and characteristics of the network structure of the enterprises themselves,so as to finally form the advantages of product cooperation and beneficial value governance mechanism.The results show that: ability of discovery,ability of absorption,knowledge sharing and knowledge creation are the four major elements that constitute organizational learning ability;organizational learning ability is significantly and positively correlated with product level upgrading and product technology upgrading of foundry enterprise.The positive correlation between the ability to create knowledge and the ability of discovery and the upgrading of enterprise products is more significant.Knowledge embodies in the way of organizational learning ability and product upgrade in the way of employee embedding,tool infiltration,task embedding,organizational culture embedding,interpersonal relationship embedding and network environment embedding,among which it plays a complete mediation effect.The important value of the study is that,with Knowledge Embeddedness as the intermediary,it deeply explores how OEMs can achieve the effective path of product upgrading in complex network structure relations.The research management enlightenment lies in that OEMs should enhance their awareness of upgrading and actively engage in activities related to product upgrading in an open network cooperation mode.The foundry enterprise should construct the organizational learning ability based on the different characteristics of its own production mode,and product upgrade to support the product innovation activities.It also strengthen the internal study in enterprises,actively construct the diversified ways beneficial to knowledge embedding,enterprise knowledge management capabilities.
