People-oriented business philosophy has been widely used in all walks of life.Human capital is regarded as the most valuable capital of an enterprise.The first-class enterprise provides the intimate service and the high quality product for the market,but the outstanding staff is realizes the intimate service and the high quality product guarantee.In today's market competition,talent has become the first productivity,how to better stimulate the ability of talent,how to better cultivate talent,become the core of many enterprises' management,performance management plays the most important role in human resource management,is an indispensable part.As the largest joint-stock state-owned insurance company in China,U insurance company shoulders the mission of "people's insurance benefits the people".It is of great research value and practical significance for U insurance company S provincial branch to make a performance management plan in line with the claims personnel.Based on the relevant theories and methods of performance management,and combining with the actual situation of the performance management of claim personnel in the branch company of S province of U insurance company,this paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to propose a new performance management scheme that is more consistent with the performance management of claim personnel in the branch company of S province.Through the analysis of the current situation of performance management of claim adjusters in the branch company of S province,it is found that there are more or less some problems in the four stages of performance management: planning,implementation,assessment and feedback.Performance implementation,staff's guidance and training work is not in place,performance assessment stage,assessment methods and indicators do not meet the company's work content and objectives;In the stage of performance feedback,the feedback communication mechanism restricts the daily use of the company.This paper discusses the causes of performance management problems from four aspects: performance cognition,assessment index,communication guidance and feedback mechanism.This paper expounds the setting objectives and establishing principles of performance management,adopts the research method of combining the balanced scorecard with the KPI performance evaluation index,and combines the actual situation of insurance companies,and puts forward the optimization of the performance management system of claimant in S province.In this paper,a series of security mechanisms such as cultural construction,responsibility division and publicity and training are put forward,and a performance management pilot implementation and evaluation scheme is also proposed to jointly promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the claims department of the S branch of U insurance company.
