Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the development of shared economy has brought tremendous changes to the global economy.Shared economy has become a new normal in people’s lives.This change not only has an impact on individual consumption and trading behavior,but also has extended to some related economic fields.More and more enterprises have joined the operation team of shared economy,even these enterprises have built a shared economic platform through the "Internet +",for them in the market to provides a broader stage and development space.The value and potential derived from the shared economy have gradually emerged.With the penetration of shared economy into various fields,the characteristics of labor relations have changed simultaneously under shared economy,and a new form of employment,"platform + individual" has emerged,which is different from the traditional mode of labor.Shared economic platform provides workers with a large number of employment opportunities and new working modes.While helping workers improve their income level,workers can arrange their working hours more freely.At the same time,the development of the shared economy has brought great challenges to the traditional labor relations order.The traditional labor law system is not suitable for the development of shared economy.The legal relationship between workers and the shared economic platform is not clear.The protection of the labor rights and interests of platform practitioners should be paid attention to.The relationship between workers and enterprises is no longer a traditional labor relationship.Under the labor relationship brought about by new forms of employment,workers’ rights and interests can not be guaranteed properly,and enterprises can not take precautions in advance.Through the analysis of X platform from three aspects of employment management status,scoring mechanism and attributes,the author analyses the difficulties and causes of employment relationship identification,and then establishes a multi-recognized employment relationship adjustment mechanism.It also provides special protection for social security,occupational safety and economic income security.It is a two-in-one measure for the development of both sides of the labor force,enterprises and harmonious society under the mode of shared economy.
