As the the economic system changes, the state-owned enterprise have beendominated by the permanent workers employment system into a multiplicationemployment system,Although broke the secure job labor mode and enliven theenterprise employment, but because of the coexisting of various system, there is asituation of management that complicated and confused,this is the necessary processof multiplication employment.Correctly analysis the status of enterpriseemployment,will help the enterprise to build a harmonious and regulatoryemployment mode.At present, China Telecom Co.,Ltd BS Branch existence ofmultiple forms of employment(contract employees,dispatched employees,third partyagency employees),because of the different treatment and management,the employeesgenerally feel unfair and disappointed,the dispatched employees and third party agencyemployees are poor stability and badly loyalty,leading to a lot of question,such as labordisputes,excessive staff turnover,excessive pursuit of short-term profit,more difficult toincentives,training costs increase and hard to unify the managementsystem,etc.Directly affect the normal development of the enterprise.In this article,according to the multiplication employment of China TelecomCo.,Ltd BS Branch,the employee relationship management under a variety of formsof employment as the research object,the company’s employee relations managementstatus as the entry point,through secondary data analysis, case studies, surveys andother methods of analysis and research, focused on problems of the employeerelations,analyzed from following eight aspects such as labor relations management,employee discipline and management, employee relationship management,communication management, employee performance management, employeesatisfaction overall, corporate culture, service and support,and their impact on theenterprise then analyzed what its causes,application of cutting-edge employeerelationship management theory to solve the current management strategy of employeerelations under a variety of forms of employment.Finally, summarizes the mainconclusion and innovation.
