Research On Grain Supply And Demand In Henan Province Based On Balance Of Supply And Demand

Grain is the most basic means of subsistence for the people,and it is also an important strategic material for the national economy and the people's livelihood.Henan Province is a large province of China's grain production and plays an important role in national grain production.At the same time,Henan Province is also a large province with a large demand for grain.Therefore,Henan Province must not only guarantee the people's demand for food,but also shoulder the task of safeguarding the country's food security.This paper first analyzes the status quo and changes of food supply and demand in Henan Province from 2004 to 2017.It is found that the total grain supply and demand in our province have continued to increase in recent years,and the total grain supply is far greater than the total demand,but some varieties of grain Insufficient supply.Through the analysis of the changes in grain demand in our province,we found that the demand for rations in our province has decreased year by year in recent years.The proportion of industrial grain and feed grain in total grain demand has increased year by year,and the rations have remained basically unchanged.On the basis of summarizing the relevant scholars' research on food supply and demand,we used the linear regression model in Eview8.0 software environment to analyze the factors affecting food supply and demand in our province.We conclude that yield and planting area are main factors of food supply in our province,and population and per capita disposable income are the main factors affecting the food demand of our province.Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting gran supply and demand in Henan Province from 2004 to 2017 and to find out the factors that have a greater impact on the grain supply and demand in our province.In combination with the problems of grain supply and demand and the factors affecting the supply and demand of grain in our province,we finally put forward relevant suggestions: The first is to improve the effective supply of grain.The main measures are to strengthen the protection of cultivated land,mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain,implement scientific farming,increase the supply of high-quality wheat,and make full use of domestic and international markets.The second is to optimize the consumption structure of grain.The main measures are to encourage conservation,and guide residents to rational diet and other aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.The paper provides a useful reference and theoretical support for Henan to achieve a balance between food supply and demand and fully guarantee people's livelihood.
