With the rapid variation of the market and the increasingly prominent personalized demand of consumers,how to utilize the limited resources to cope with the rapidly changing market,provide customers with personalized and high quality products are the key problems of manufacturing industries now.Cellular manufacturing system is the manufacturing system that vary base on the demand.It possesses the following characteristics: short raw materials processing cycle,short waiting time,short order response time,small inventory of in-process and finished goods,low production costs and so on.Cell formation is the most important part of realizing the cellular manufacturing system.This paper deeply studies the cell formation design related several important technologies,which mainly includes:In order to make the cellular manufacturing system model more in line with the requirements of the actual situation,we choose the most important points in the operation sequence,multi-process routes and the processing time as the similarity coefficient,and also conducts contrastive analysis of the similarity coefficient in the three different cases.This paper puts forward evaluation method to improve the group efficiency.In order to get the proper group efficiency for this paper,we conducted improvement on it.New group efficiency considers the processing time and production efficiency,which can more truly reflect the actual manufacturing conditions.This paper put forward the method of group efficacy integration to form part groups.Group efficacy has relative better recognition effect than group efficiency,it can distinguish the morbid matrix and the normal matrix.Using the group efficacy characteristics to get the method of part groups is referred to as the integration of group efficacy.To reach suitable construction method for this article,this paper puts forward to consider the processing time and multiple paths in group efficacy integration.In addition to considering the exceptional element number,the main function of this paper is to take the external unit processing time into consideration so as to achieve the goal of reducing processing time.Base on the hierarchical clustering algorithm,this paper conducts cell formation.It also offers the experiment of clustering algorithm description,clustering algorithm problems and clustering methods.Finally,base on the actual cases,this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
