With the development of social economy and the variety of the customer demand,the frequent fluctuation of the product's demand and variety have brought great challenges for the production control and planning.From the perspective of product,resource and process,flow manufacturing is grouping the product from the similarity of the process and building the cell from the balance of capacity to improve the efficiency of the production and decrease the difficulty of the production control.Based on the cellular manufacturing theory,this paper has researched the cell formation problem and the cell scheduling problem.This paper is divided the flow manufacturing into the Strategic Planning layer,the Reconfiguration layer and the Scheduling control layer.Dependent on the characteristics of different enterprise,there are two planning patterns in the initial phase of cell formation.Firstly,the static flow path planning,which is including the product whose variety and demand is stable relatively;and secondly,the dynamic flow path planning,which is included the highly turbulent products.This paper considers the path planning of the highly turbulent products with the cellular manufacturing technology,research the problem of the path planning with the identical machine,consider the inter-cell cost and the load balance of the cell,and build the math model.Considering the features of the problem,designing the two layer encoding method,and using the Genetic Algorithm to solve the model.And test the effectiveness through the example.Based on the scheduling problem of the cell,this paper research the cell scheduling problem with the sharing of the machine because of the constraint of the resource,and builds the math model.And use the Scatter Search Algorithm which is combined the crossover operation of the Genetic Algorithm to solve the cell scheduling problem.Finally,use the Matlab to achieve the algorithm and use the example to test the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,This paper use the A enterprise to verified the research achievement.And with the help of the Xplanner Software,getting the scheduling planning method after cell formation,and obtained great result.
