Influential Factors Of Intra-industry Trade In Agricultural Products Between Vietnam And China And Its Development Strategy

Agricultural economy is considered the one of the most important pillars in Vietnam's economy and plays an important role in the economic development.Agriculture trading products are one of the significant channels for Vietnam to communicate with other countries in the world,especially with dealing with neighboring countries of Vietnam.In the recent years,there have been many achievements in agricultural trade between Vietnam and China,reflecting the good relations of trade and cooperation between the two countries.In terms of the product similarities and differences between Vietnam and China,which have produced complementary characteristics,this noticed in better and wide growth in development of agricultural trade in the future.Presenting in strengthening of agricultural products trade between the two countries will assisted the tow concierges in promote economic cooperation,promote their own agricultural economic development etc.,Therefore,to study the factors that influence the agricultural products intra industry trade and development strategy is consider the a significant research work.This paper explores the theory of intra-industry trade as the theoretical basis of the study.Through the analysis of the development of agricultural products trade between Vietnam and China,the collection and arrangement of a large number of agricultural products' import and export data,combined with related trade index to conduct an empirical analysis,we can get accurate outcomes.This paper analyzes the characteristics of intra-industry trade between Vietnam and China,and probes into the operational strategies for the development of agricultural trade between the two countries.The contents of the first and second chapters are mainly the confirmation of the basis and the content of the research.First,the practical background and theoretical background of the study,and the value and significance of the study.Secondly,the literatures review of previously published papers,the theory of intra industry trade in the world.Thus will help in establishing a significant foundation and better direction for the current investigation.The third chapter,firstly,analyzes the history,achievements and limitations of the modern agriculture in Vietnam,and describes the present situation of agricultural progress in Vietnam.Secondly,through the data of agricultural products trade between Vietnam and China,the present situation and characteristics of the trade in the Sino agricultural products are analyzed.Finally,the trade situation of some representative agricultural products was extracted to analyze the intra industry trade and its characteristics between the two countries.The fourth chapter is to analyze the competitiveness and comparative advantage of intra-industry trade between Vietnam and China based on the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index(RCA)and the Trade Complementary Index(TCI).From the analysis of the data,it is clear that the trade situation and the causes of some of the major agricultural products between the two countries are important to understand.The fifth chapter focuses on the analysis of some of the main factors affecting the intra industry trade of Vietnam and China,including: The status of agriculture in the economic development of Vietnam and China,the trade policy of agricultural products,such as market supply demand between Vietnam and China's.The sixth chapter,on the basis of the overall research results,summed up,and then put forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural products trade between Vietnam and China.
