| With the development of science and technology improvement and deepening international division of labor, the intra-industry trade now takes a more important role than inter-industry trade in the pattern of international trade. The emergence of intra-industry trade, which explains the current reality of international trade has become the focus of theoretical research in international trade and frontier issues,Thus lots of related theories have been proposed and studied based on the researches about intra-industry trade. The intra-industry trade mainly originated from developed countries, however, with the acceleration of internationalization and globalization, more and more scholars now paying more attention on the developing countries. Moreover, to intra-industry trade studies ,scholars mainly focus on industry manufactured goods trade, and the studies on intra-industry trade of agricultural products are relatively few, but with economic development, intra-industry trade for agricultural trade are also showing a trend of more and more applicable. It is known that both China and ASEAN are big agricultural countries, and before the establishment of the Sino-ASEAN free trade area, most of the trades and cooperation happened in agricultural industry. So the research on the state and trend of Sino-ASEAN intra-industry trade has a great practical significance while the free trade area established.In this article, basing on the analysis of the intra-industry trade achievements both home and abroad, the intra-industry trade's concept and related theories are introduced and also the following mode analyze. Second, after analyzing the current status of the Sino-ASEAN intra-industry trade, along with using the G-L index and Bruehart marginal intra-industry trade index, this article calculated the level and growth mode of the Sino-ASEAN intra-industry trade in both nation and product views. And throughout the data analysis come out the development situation and trend of the Sino-ASEAN intra-industry trade. Finally, basing on the analysis of the factors of the intra-industry trade in both nation and industry aspects, an empirical test has been made to verify the main factors in national level, which using the method Anel Data mode. All above, the trade between China and ASEAN is now dominated by inter-industry trade, while the level of the intra-industry trade is still low but with great growth potential. An acceleration on Sino-ASEAN intra-industry trade will do a great contribution to the adjustment and upgrading on our agricultural industry structure, will significantly promote the agriculture industry's scale economy which can cutting down the costs and increasing benefits, so that our agricultural industry can meet the various demands from the customer. Considering all above, the following measures taken by enterprise, industry and government are proposed. |
