The Research On Xi Jinping's Important Discussion Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In November 2013,Comrade Xi Jinping first proposed targeted poverty alleviation when he visited the 18-hole village in Huayuan County,Hunan Province.Subsequently,in many occasions and conferences,in the practice of extensive research,the important expositions on targeted poverty alleviation were elaborated many times,and the new ideas and new realms of poverty alleviation and development work in the new era were created,which is an important guide to guide China's work in poverty alleviation.Xi Jinping's important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation has made remarkable achievements since its introduction in 2013.In-depth study of Xi Jinping's important exposition on targeted poverty alleviation is of great significance to the effective development of poverty alleviation and the smooth realization of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.This study uses the literature analysis method,the historical and logical unity method,and the case analysis method to study Xi Jinping's important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and expounds the difficulties and innovations of the thesis.The second chapter is the formation and development of Xi Jinping's important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation.The first is to sort out the background and theoretical basis for the formation of the important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation.The new situation,new changes,the need to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects in an all-round way,and the inevitable choice to adapt to the global poverty reduction development trend are the background of its formation.The Marxist anti-poverty theory and the experience and theory of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics are the theoretical basis.The second is to expound its development process from three aspects: the brewing and proposing,the enrichment and development of the important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation,and the deepening of targeted poverty alleviation.The third chapter analyzes the main content of Xi Jinping's important discussion on targeted poverty alleviation.Specifically,precision is the working philosophy of targeted poverty alleviation.Helping the poor and getting rid of poverty are the goals of targeted poverty alleviation.The "six precisions" are the basic requirements for targeted poverty alleviation.The “Five batches” is the main approach for targeted poverty alleviation.Classification policy are important ways for targeted poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter analyzes the practical achievements and enlightenment of the important discussion of targeted poverty alleviation.On the basis of analyzing the main contents,along with the footprints of the General Secretary's poverty alleviation research,combined with the existing official statistics and practical experience,we explored the achievements since the practice of targeted poverty alleviation,and summarized the mechanism of adhering to the concept of precision,innovating and targeted poverty alleviation,six experiences and enlightenments on strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations,stimulating the endogenous motivation of the poor,encouraging social forces to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,and establishing a long-term mechanism for targeted poverty alleviation and early warning.The fifth chapter expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of the important discussion of targeted poverty alleviation.The theoretical value is to enrich and develop the Marxist anti-poverty theory and the theory of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics.The practical significance is to help poverty alleviation,promote the smooth realization of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,solve the imbalance in development,realize the people's yearning for a better life,implement the concept of precision,promote the extensive use of precision thinking in the governance of the country,and contribute to global poverty.Governance provides "Chinese wisdom" and builds a community of human destiny.
