The Research On Xi Jinping's Important Discourse On Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Eradicating poverty,improving people's livelihood,and ultimately achieving common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism.Currently,China is in the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Targeted poverty alleviation,as the main way to achieve the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,is of self-evident importance.Therefore,in the final critical stage of poverty alleviation,in-depth study of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation is conducive to winning the battle against poverty,winning the great banner of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and eventually building China into a modern socialist country in all respects.This paper takes Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation as the research object and focuses on the basis of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation,the contents of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation,Ningde's practice on targeted poverty alleviation,and the significance and value of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation.Firstly,it's argued that the formation of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation can't be separated from the experience of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and other Chinese communist party leaders of the past generations in poverty control.It is also closely related to Xi Jinping's personal experience of poverty control in life and work.Secondly,Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation is the guiding ideology for the practice of targeted poverty alleviation,and its content is closely related to every link of the practice of poverty alleviation.By sorting out the formation process of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation,Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation can be summarized into four parts: targeted identification,targeted assistance,targeted management and targeted assessment.In this paper,the internal logic of Xi Jinping's important elaboration on targeted poverty alleviation can be summarized as "truth as the base","accuracy and reality as the key" and "refinement as the focus".This paper also summarizes Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation from four aspects: adhering to the combination of individual poverty alleviation goal and social development goal,strengthening party building,building poverty governance pattern with Chinese characteristics and stimulating the endogenous driving force of the poor people.Thirdly,Ningde is the epitome of China's practice of poverty alleviation and development,the "source of policy" of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation,and a model of successful practice of targeted poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper collects the relevant information on Ningde's targeted poverty alleviation work in recent years,sorts out the development process of poverty alleviation and development practice in Ningde,and analyzes the successful experience and shortcomings of Ningde in targeted poverty alleviation work for reflecting the scientific and practical nature of Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,this paper believes that Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation is of great significance in both theory and practice.In terms of theory,Xi Jinping's important discourse on targeted poverty alleviation is an innovation and development of Sinicized Marxist poverty governance theory,an important component of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and closely related to the strategy of rural revitalization.In practice,Xi Jinping's important statement on targeted poverty alleviation is a guide to winning the battle against poverty,laying a foundation for building a strong modern socialist country in an all-round way and injecting impetus into building a community of Shared future for mankind.
