Sustainable Development Of Dadu River Valley:Statistical Evaluation And System Simulation

Dadu river gorge is located in the hinterland of sichuan province,with a total area of 8,670 square kilometers.Geographically,it belongs to leshan city,one of the seven sub-central cities in sichuan province.In terms of economic status,dadu river is located at the intersection of "Yangtze river economic belt" and "One Belt And One Road" construction route.Culturally,it is a mixture of han and yi ethnic groups with a rich history of development.Against the background of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China,dadu river valley,with its unique landform,important economic status and rich cultural deposits,plays an important role in the study of sustainable development in the western region,and plays an important role in the green demonstration and positive driving of the whole western region.In the existing research results of regional sustainable development,few papers carry out system simulation and put forward policy Suggestions based on the historical data of a specific region.Based on the theory of sustainable development and combined with multivariate statistical analysis and system simulation method,this paper carries out statistical evaluation and analysis on the current situation of sustainable development in dadu river valley,and conducts system simulation on the reform plan of administrative system,demonstrates its feasibility and effectiveness,and finally draws a conclusion and gives corresponding policy Suggestions.Firstly,the boundary range of dadu river valley is determined by the close connection of four evaluation indexes: geography,administrative system,economy and culture.Then,combined with the actual data of dadu river valley development collected from 2008 to 2017,descriptive statistical analysis is carried out on its development status from the perspectives of economy,society,resources and four aspects.Then,the efficiency coefficient method is used to comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development level of dadu river valley from 2008 to 2017.The analysis results show that the current dadu river valley valley development process due to the local government communication barriers and the implementation of the green development concept is not in place,the dadu river valley sustainable development into a bottleneck,the main problems are: 1.(2)large emissions of pollutants lead to environmental damage;(3)strong administrative barriers to regional development imbalance;(4)ecological construction worrying cause insufficient green development.In view of the above phenomenon,this paper,guided by the effectiveness of the system reform plan,starts from breaking administrative barriers and vigorously developing the tertiary industry,and establishes a system dynamics model to conduct a system simulation of the development of dadu river valley from 2008 to 2017.Through system dynamics simulation,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)government cooperation mechanism can significantly improve the level of sustainable development and ecological environment construction in dadu river valley.Through policy intervention,administrative barriers are broken down,local marketization level is promoted,and economic sustainability is promoted.(2)increasing the proportion of tertiary industry can significantly improve the sustainable development level of dadu river valley.By vigorously developing tourism,regional environmental resources are optimized and economic development is promoted.However,according to the system simulation data,the development of the tertiary industry has a lag effect on economic growth,which makes the GDP growth rate decrease slightly in the short term.Finally,based on the conclusions of the empirical analysis and the current situation of the sustainable development experimental area,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the establishment of the dadu river valley sustainable development experimental area.In the dadu river valley basin test area to the regional sustainable development as the theme,the "green,recycled" industry as the core of economic development,grasp the basic principles,based on the actual,clear regional sustainable objectives,grab focus,optimizing industrial structure,adjust the regional layout,improve resource utilization,with the help of the high and new technology promote the development of ecological agriculture and environmental protection industry,to promote economic and social sustainable development and ecological environment.Specific work priorities include:(1)to create a sustainable development environment,to give special municipal treatment,tax incentives and financial support to attract investment,to lay an economic foundation;(2)establish a coordinator to smooth communication channels,unified planning and management;(3)improve the professional employment mechanism,strengthen the introduction of talent,improve the management of outstanding talent,implement the classification of township assessment to improve the economic quality.(4)practice the concept of ecological civilization to build characteristic tourist areas,draw on yi culture to create characteristic tourist areas,and transform tourist trains to bring new vitality to the old chengkun line;(5)practice ecological agriculture to improve modern agricultural development;Strengthen support for green finance.
