A Study On Sustainable Development In Huaihe River Basin Based On The Concept Of The Regional Community

The building of ecological civilization has become an expression of reality in Chinese implementation of the object of sustainable development strategy, and the regional community concept is a theoretical innovation based on sustainable development to achieve a prosper and harmonious scene between the human being and the nature, therefore, it is a specific ideological frame of reference in the building of ecological civilization.
