The Research On Urban Integration Of Migrant Workers’ Influence On Circulation Of Rural Land

Free flow of production factors is important in the development of urban-rural integration.On the one hand,the convergence of labor factors from rural areas to urban areas alleviates the contradiction of "more people and less land" in rural areas in China,so that land factors can be concentrated through market circulation,expand the per capita cultivated land area,and achieve moderate scale economy.On the other hand,it is proposed for urban development Provides the impetus,helps to improve our country’s urbanization level through the way of population urbanization.But the reality is that the integration of migrant workers into the city is not smooth,a considerable number of migrant workers do not participate in land transfer,land transfer rate in China is still at a low level,it is of great significance to explore the issue of land transfer from the perspective of urban integration of migrant workers.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the existing research,this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the influence mechanism of migrant workers’urban integration and land transfer behavior.It holds that migrant workers’urban integration mainly affects the decision-making of whether migrant workers should transfer their land through four mechanisms:weakening the social-security function of land,reducing the need of rural favor exchange,changing the risk consciousness of migrants,and weakening the need of family division of labor.Using factor analysis method,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of migrant workers’urban integration from four dimensions:economic integration,social integration,psychological integration and identity integration.It also analyses the theoretical model of migrant workers’ urban integration.The logical relationship of the four dimensions is that economic integration and social integration are urban integration with objective and realistic content,and are lower integration.migrant workers through economic integration to establish a living basis in the city and adapt to urban social life through social integration;psychological integration is the subjective reflection of economic and social integration,is a higher level of integration,when economic and social integration to a certain extent,migrant workers would naturally prefer to urban life;identity integration is the highest level of integration,is the completion stage of urban integration,migrant workers through identity integration change roles to become urban residents.By establishing the binary logistic regression model of the impact of the combined urban integration of migrant workers on land circulation behavior and the binary logistic regression model of the impact of various dimensions of urban integration of migrant workers on land circulation behavior,the results show that the combined urban integration impact on land circulation behavior is not significant because of the "cover-up effect" brought by the different directions of the various dimensions of urban integration.The impact of urban integration on land circulation behavior needs to be further explored,the economic integration of migrant workers is good,the average income of migrant workers entering cities is close to the national average wage income level.Economic integration not only weakens the function of land function of security,but also reduces the importance of land transfer income,The enthusiasm of migrant workers to participate in the land transfer is restrained;the social integration of the surveyed migrant workers is good,nearly half of them intend to move into the city and settle down in the city.The social integration of the cities reduces the demand for the division of labor in family and promotes the land circulation;the psychological integration of the surveyed migrant workers is good,and more than 60%of them think their living standards have reached the average level in city.On the other hand,the overall view is that urban life is happy.psychological integration reduces the need for migrant workers to maintain rural human relations,and improves the participation rate of migrant workers in land circulation;the status of migrant workers’urban identity integration is good,but the status integration as the highest level of urban integration makes the migrant workers’ appeal to quit from land contract with reasonable value as compensation,but the quit mechanism is not smooth,restrained migrant workers participate in land circulation.Aim at the problems existing in migrant workers’urban integration and land transfer,this paper suggests that:efforts should be made to improve the labor security status of migrant workers to replace the function of land security,and the market-oriented land circulation should be used to improve the income of migrant workers’ land transfer,and improve the social and psychological integration of migrant workers in cities,and to smooth the mechanism of paid withdrawal of land contractual rights,so as to increase the participation rate of migrant workers in land circulation.
