Research On The Integration Of Migrant Workers In Small And Medium Sized Cities

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process accelerated,followed by more and more rural surplus labor force of migrant workers,they are China's social and economic development,city construction indispensable power,but not with the city residents to share the economic development in the process of integration of city bonuses,in problems,obstacles to promote.Human centered urbanization,must solve the urban employment has been transferred to the agricultural transfer of population problems.And the transfer of the agricultural population of people,not only in its entering the city,more important is its implementation on transfer and settled into the city.Therefore,migrant workers into the city The study of the problem is of great significance to the process of urbanization in China.Under the background of urbanization,with 332 migrant workers in Lingshi County as the sample,using descriptive statistical analysis methods from economic integration,social integration and psychological integration in three aspects of the problem of migrant workers into the city,and its influence on the degree of integration of the factors are analyzed.The factors affecting the generalization of migrant workers into the city of human capital,economic capital,social capital,psychological capital,system capital five factors.And put forward the following suggestions:(1)Expand employment,create more employment opportunities for migrant workers(2)Eliminate institutional barriers,promote urban and rural labor market system(3)Improve the human capital of migrant workers(4)Build a social capital system conducive to the integration of migrant workers into the city.
