| The effective integration of migrant workers into the city is the core objective and key content of China's new urbanization,and it is related to the sustained economic development and long-term social stability.Based on the national conditions,migrant workers have become an important part of the labor market.Continuously promoting the transfer of rural population and actively promoting the peasant workers' citizenship is the only way for China to become modern.Due to the long-term constraints of urban and rural dualistic structure and household registration management system,the process of urbanization of migrant workers in China is unique and non-exhaustive.In the long run,it will not help to further optimize the allocation of economic and social resources,and it is not conducive to the transfer of rural population to enjoy their own development rights,so that the issue of migrant workers has become the focus of attention in all walks of life in recent years.Relevant statistics show that,in recent years,the proportion of rural migrant workers in the central region has increased in the total amount of the country,but the proportion of rural migrant workers in Henan has declined.With the economy entering a new normal,the economic growth rate has slowed down,and the industrial structure has been optimized and upgraded.Traditional industries have started to transform,which has reduced the quantitative demand for pure labor to some extent.The peasant workers in cities will inevitably squeeze the employment space of the original residents of cities and towns.At the same time,the differences in values will lead to the lack of self-identity among migrant workers.Under this background,it is easy to form the contradictions and conflicts between the former urban residents and migrant workers from outside because of social stratification and even social instability,which is mainly reflected in the unsatisfactory integration of migrant workers in urban areas.Based on this,how to effectively improve the integration level of migrant workers in cities,and then optimize the allocation of social resources and protect the quality of new urbanization,will be related to the overall economic andsocial development in Henan Province.There is still a long way to go to solve the problem of migrant workers' urban integration.This study is based on the fact that the growth rate of rural migrant workers in Henan Province has been declining year after year and the situation of urban integration is severe under the new normal.It draws on existing research results and is committed to evaluating migrant workers' urban integration and analyzing relevant influencing factors in order to boost the new towns in Henan Province.Healthy and orderly development.First,according to the data of the survey questionnaire,the index of urban merging degree of peasant workers including the three levels of economy,society,and psychology is extracted,and a corresponding evaluation system for urban migrant workers' degree of integration is constructed.Secondly,the descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate regression model are used to empirically analyze the impact of multiple factors on the degree of integration of migrant workers in individual level,family level,and household selection level.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,first,it is proposed to give play to the role of the government's “booster”,implement the reform of the household registration system,improve the vocational education system for rural migrant workers,and build a housing area for protection;second,the role of the society as an “accelerator”should be brought into play to give full play to the leading role of the enterprise.,Give play to the role of the community as a basic and play a guiding role in the media;third is to propose that migrant workers themselves play the role of "engine",strengthen their own learning,change their working life style,and actively participate in social interaction. |
