Migrant workers are an important part of industrial workers and play an important role in the process of urbanization in China.Their job satisfaction concerns the construction of harmonious society and the transformation of upgrading industries in China.In 2014,the State Council issued Suggestions on furthering serve work for migrant workers,such as employment and entrepreneurship,labor rights protection,urban settlement,education for children,rental housing and social security to solve the problem of difficult integration of rural migrant workers.Job satisfaction has a direct bearing on the results of migrant workers' urban integration.It has important practical significance to study the job satisfaction of migrant workers,understand the current status of migrant workers' job satisfaction and its influencing factors,explore ways to increase migrant workers' job satisfaction,and resolve enterprises' difficulties in employing workers.In this paper,we use Chinese family panel data of 2014,chose the rural migrant workers who have rural household registration,non-agricultural occupation and more than 6 months working in cities or towns,and their job satisfaction is the dependent variable,the individual background,family,village and work factors of migrant workers,use theory and empirical analysis to analysis the key factors that affect the job satisfaction of migrant workers in the process of urban integration.By analyzing the differences in job satisfaction between the migrant workers and the work places,explain the relationship between the job satisfaction and the individual behavior characteristics and the enterprise management system and the ways to improve the job satisfaction,discuss the key points are to provide pertinent solutions.Improve the system,give full play to the advantages of human resources,and provide the basis for maximizing the value.The results show that:(1)The overall job satisfaction level of the workers is low,just at the "general" level.(2)The degree of education,marriage,age,sex,health,family number,family economic level,village economic level,the proportion of migrant workers and village living conditions have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of migrant workers.(3)Migrant workers pay more attention on factors such as work remuneration,job security,working hours,working environment and so on.When controlling family and village factors,the influence of working time on the job satisfaction of migrant workers is not significant.It is because the living standard of migrant workers is low.When considering the family and village factors,the migrant workers are willing to sacrifice their leisure time to work overtime to improve the living conditions of the family.When control the working place,the income level of the provincial group is negatively related to the job satisfaction,and the provincial group outside is positively related.The reason is that high level of income level,the high level consumption in the provincial group outside,the real "get hands" and the lower job satisfaction.The higher the income level in the province,the better the living standard of the migrant workers get and the smaller the work pressure.The higher the job satisfaction.Finally,based on the perspecti've of enterprise management,enterprises should put forward the following ways to improve the job satisfaction of migrant workers in the process of urban integration:(1)Strengthen vocational training,improve the quality of migrant workers,and meet the needs of "development";(2)Establish a fair and reasonable remuneration system to increase income levels and improve living conditions;(3)Improve the company's promotion system to promote fair promotion;(4)Build a corporate culture so that migrant workers love to work and love the company and increase their sense of belonging and loyalty;(5)Make safety and social security conditional well and improve the employment environment.
