Research On Logistics Cost Control Of JD Mall

The rapid development of macro economy drives consumption to become the first driving force of economic growth,and commodity retail is the core way to drive consumption.In recent years,the marketing methods and tools used in China's consumer goods market are evolving.Logistics cost control and logistics service experience also constitute the core competitiveness of an e-commerce enterprise.China's total logistics cost is almost twice as much as that of developed countries,accounting for about15% of GDP.The logistics cost of supply chain is still high,which has become a hot social issue.At present,China's electronic retail enterprises logistics cost control research is relatively extensive,logistics cost control system research is not perfect.This paper selects JD,an electronic retail enterprise in China,as the main body of analysis.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and research ideas;The second part Outlines the related concepts and basic theories of logistics cost;The third part introduces JD's unique logistics and distribution mode,and details each link of logistics from the perspective of supply chain,and studies and analyzes the cost control of JD's procurement,warehousing,distribution,manpower,research and development,and performance cost by using corporate financial data;The fourth part puts forward the existing problems and causes of logistics cost control of JD,including few preferential terms of purchase negotiation,long recovery period of warehousing investment,high labor cost of distribution and difficult control of reverse logistics cost;In the fifth part,aiming at the existing problems of JD logistics cost control,Suggestions are put forward to build a perfect procurement system,strengthen the control of storage cost,attach importance to the management of return goods andoptimize the structure of labor cost;The last part holds that JD's growth speed is closely related to its self-built logistics storage system and highly rated logistics and distribution services.Although JD has high logistics and distribution efficiency and good reputation for its distribution services,its high investment in logistics costs has affected the expansion of enterprise development module to some extent.
