In recent years,with the widespread use of information technology and the popularity of the Internet,B2C e-commerce enterprises showing a strong momentum of development,China has also become the country with the most adequate source of customers and the largest potential market in the world.B2C e-commerce enterprises are unfolding its enormous potential and commercial value,but with the global trend of economic integration has become increasingly evident and in the face of fierce market competition,and the logistics has become the main areas in the B2C e-commerce enterprise's competition,"the logistics is the market and profit" become the consensus of B2C e-commerce enterprises.For B2C e-commerce enterprises,how to choose the right logistics model is the key factor to promote the development of the enterprises.Currently,the logistics step into the area of supply chain and more and more B2C e-commerce enterprises want to use the supply chain management theory to control the logistics costs and improve the performance of supply chain.The control of the logistics costs can expand their profit spaces,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper explored and researched the logistics costs control combined with the supply chain management theory.Firstly,this article expounded the basic theory,and then had a depth analysis of a specific case to find out the current situation and problems in the logistics costs control of B2C e-commerce enterprises,and to explore the underlying causes of these problems.At last,we can conclude the suggestions and measures to control the B2C e-commerce enterprise logistics cost.The first part of the paper is the introduction,mainly introduced the research background and research meaning.Based on the research of this paper,the domestic and foreign results have been summarized systematically.The second part introduced the related theories foundation and control methods.In the third part,the paper analyzed a specific case deeply to find out the current situation and problems in the logistics costs control of B2C e-commerce enterprises,and to explore the main causes of these problems.In the fourth part of the paper,combined with the real-life case analyzed the present condition of our country's e-commerce enterprise cost control.In the last part of the essay,we can put forward concrete proposals and measures to control the B2C e-commerce enterprise logistics cost from the perspective of the supply chain.
